The project is led by the Mitre Corporation and includes partners from academia, industry, and government.
The overall goal of GCB-EWAVE is to develop a set of ethical guidelines that will help to ensure that AI is used for peaceful purposes and does not contribute to the proliferation of cyberwarfare or biological warfare.
