Résumé

So much misinformation has been published related to Agile over the years and persists to this day. The trouble is that much is biased, and intentionally misrepresented as it is based on self-serving but very dubious facts. Ironically it has resulted in the proliferation of agile methods, strategies, or tactics, - think Scrum - that are anything but agile, but are being wolfishly consumed by business leaders that should by now know better. Instead, Agile has been reinvented as some panacea for working in a changeable or volatile world, based upon false and misleading statements, which has resulted in the propagation of disingenuous so-called advantages and wholly false underpinning characteristics.
Interestingly, the belief in Agile has transcended all logic or worse been consumed by Scrum, which is a pseudo-religious doctrine, leaving us all swiveling in the intoxication of contradictions, fallacies, and downright lies. The book is all about delivering honest, independent research and diligently sourced information regards to Agile. The book is based solely on diligent research, hard-earned experience, and the expert knowledge of others, to cut through the fog of the Agile conundrum.
This book will hopefully act as a flashlight in that darkness and provide you with the clarity you will need when following an agile doctrine. Good Luck!
