After Midnight

Twin boys born only twelve minutes apart but would become separated by centuries. Matthew Walker was born at six minutes before midnight on February the twenty eighth and his brother Marcus born at six minutes after on the twenty ninth in the year 1780 when the country of their birth was also struggling to be born. Over many years Marcus will bear witness to the death of many kinsmen and two great loves.
