Résumé
If you live with ADHD, you probably know this feeling all too well: starting the day with good intentions, only to end it overwhelmed, distracted, and wondering where the time went. It's not that you're lazy. And it's not that you don't care. The problem is that most productivity advice was never designed for a mind like yours. ADHD Without Burnout is a simple, practical guide to help you work with your brain instead of against it.
No complicated systems. No rigid routines. No unrealistic expectations. Inside, you'll learn how to:Calm mental overwhelm and reduce decision fatigueStart tasks even when you feel stuck or unmotivatedManage time blindness with simple, realistic toolsBuild flexible routines that don't collapse after a few daysStay focused without burning out or pushing yourself too hardCreate a weekly reset system that keeps you on trackEach chapter is designed to be easy to understand and immediately usable in real life.
You won't find theory that sounds good but doesn't work in practice. Instead, you'll get small, practical steps that help you regain control one day at a time. This book is not about becoming perfect. It's about making life feel lighter, clearer, and more manageable. If you're tired of feeling behind, scattered, or constantly overwhelmed, this book will help you reset, refocus, and move forward with more ease and confidence.
Simple systems. Real-life results. No burnout required.
