Entering the Army at the advanced age of 37, Aaron Bank would lead a group of Special Forces into southern France and take down several Nazi units before the Allied invasion liberated the entire country. Later, he would be part of "Operation Iron Cross", leading a group of former German POWs into Berlin in an attempt to assassinate Hitler.
