A Right To Plunder

Anna Krantz and her mother Maria, relatives of a notorious SS General, flee for their lives in the final days of the war from a ruined Berlin to escape from danger. They are unwittingly heading into a rendezvous with terror. Following the defeat of Nazi Germany, a plundered legacy from a Parisian Jewish family lodged in a Swiss bank is the object of a deadly pursuit throughout war torn Europe. SS Captain, Alois Brunner, tracks his unsuspecting target who is a crucial component to release the fortune.  Both are unaware that they are being trailed by Madelaine, a determined member and heroine of the French Resistance who is benefitting from SS intelligence information. As liberation sweeps across countries, a landscape of intrigue enfolds where murderous intentions collide. The collusion with Nazi Germany by some of America's major corporations is interwoven throughout and relates an abhorrent episode in the forfeiting of morality for profit. The role of The Vatican's Bishop Alois Hudal in organising the 'rat line' escape routes for fleeing criminals evading Allied justice provides a confrontation with evil in a climatic finale.
