Résumé

Murder is in the air. The city's wealthy are being hunted down, one by one, and executed. No one knows exactly why, but someone has to step in and solve the case. Only two come to mind: Detectives Turner Hahn and Frank Morales. Some cases are just too hard to crack; there are criminals who are too smart to track down and apprehend. It's exactly these cases that the South Side Precinct assigns Turner and Frank.
One is a certified genius; the other looks like a movie matinee idol from the 1930s. Both have a dogged determination to work a homicide case to its bitter end. Welcome to the crime world of Detectives Turner Hahn and Frank Morales.
My name is B. R. Stateham. I am a 72 year-old male with a mind still filled with the wonders and excitement one might find in a fourteen year old boy. I write genre fiction. You name the genre, I've probably got a short-story, a novella, or a novel which would fit the description. I've been writing for over 50 years. Which, frankly, means very little in reality. Most writers can say the same thing.
For a writer, story-telling is something built into one's psyche. From birth on, a writer was probably telling some kind of story to himself, or anyone close to him. Whether they listened or not.
