Résumé

This book takes "historical origins - scientific analysis - practical guide" as the main line. It first traces the origin of yoga in ancient Indian civilization, and combines classic literature such as the Vedas and the Yoga Sutras to reveal its deep connection with Indian philosophy and religion. On the technical level, the muscle activation principles of basic poses such as the mountain pose and the downward dog pose are disassembled from the perspective of biomechanics, and the philosophical framework of the eight-limb yoga and the physiological mechanism of breathing control are explained in detail.
For people with different needs, scenario-based practice plans such as fat loss, rehabilitation, and meditation are provided, and the core differences between schools such as Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga are deeply analyzed. The book also incorporates modern medical research to prove the regulatory effect of yoga on the cardiovascular system and nervous system, and ultimately forms a closed-loop system from cultural understanding to scientific practice.
