A Fragment of Humanity

Humanity expected alien life to be strange. They were not prepared for the Khepri. When an impossible object enters the Solar System broadcasting mysterious harmonic signals, humanity launches the Asterion to intercept it long before it reaches Earth. What the crew discovers challenges everything humanity believes about life, consciousness, technology, and even individuality itself. The Khepri are ancient beyond comprehension-beings of living energy and fluid form who travel the galaxy not as conquerors, but as seekers of knowledge.
As humans and Khepri attempt to understand one another, both species are forced to confront truths about themselves they were never meant to see.
