Résumé

When Vaiyae's dying friend, disowned by her family, asked him to raise her offspring, he could not refuse. But as a crow-human shifter, Vaiyae had some misgivings. Because his friend-and her unhatched child-are dragons. With the difficulties of single parenthood amplified by his daughter being of a different species, Vaiyae receives aid from Daneah-Zendzu-ksto's new witch-and her raccoon companion.
As Vaiyae and Daneah spend more time together, romance stirs between them. But their fragile family is threatened when the dragonling's uncle roars into Zendzu-ksto and demands custody of his niece. Can Vaiyae keep his adopted daughter out of the talons of her blood relatives? And if he can-does he have any right to?A polyamorous fantasy romance
L. Rowyn is the penname the author chose because it was too much work to change all of her existing social media to use a different name. She writes stories that are fantasy/science fiction and/or queer and/or polyamorous and/or romance. At this point, everything is at least two of those. She struggles with a lifelong addiction to writing. So far, writing is winning. If you would like far, far too much information on her, she has kept a blog at rowyn.dreamwidth.org for over a decade, and never did learn how to write briefly.
