Jane is a hard working, fiercely independent single mom, working to support herself and her six year old daughter in the aftermath of losing their home to fire. When she meets Dante, the handsome firefighter and pastor's kid, she is afraid to fall for him. He is handsome and charming and seems to be everything she ever hoped for, but Jane hesitates to introduce him to her daughter.
