Things are looking up for veteran Mod, Chris Davis. He has a new job in the music business, a new life in Soho, and, with Debbie away, plenty of new temptations to resist. The London Mod scene is fraying at the edges. But when a Modernist record shop in Essex is threatened by vicious soul-boys, Chris has a cause to fight for.
