Everyone has to poo! Everyone farts! Most people have bums! It's something all Earthlings have in common. Even face mites have a bum. Scientists thought face mites had no way to expel waste and ingested skin oils until they burst and then decomposed on a person's face. In June 2022 research finally confirmed that Demodex Folliculorum and Demodex Brevis (face mites) do indeed have an anus. Apparently researchers weren't looking close enough or in the right spot.
So they do poo on your face after all.
