Mischa, a first-grader, is frustrated because all of his classmates are losing their baby teeth-except him. He waits longingly, but his teeth simply won't wobble. When a new permanent molar unexpectedly grows in, Mischa and his mother seek advice from the dentist. She explains that his case is unusual but harmless.
