My mom is an excellent cook, so the little time she can spend at home, she goes all out with the food. I remember that last Thanksgiving she cooked enough food for six people, even though there were only two of us. We finally decided to give the food to the homeless, and it was the best thing ever. You should have seen the look on their faces as they devoured the food. And let me tell you, my mom cooks the best food in the world.
Her incredible lasagnas could give Italian chefs a run for their money.
