In the Evaluated Republic, every adult citizen undergoes an Annual Contribution Review. The audit measures your worth across five domains: Economic Productivity, Civic Participation, Dependency Ratio, Social Cohesion, and Forward Viability Index. Revocation means loss of participation in society. The Republic does not use the word stateless. It uses the word uncitizened. Tenure is about the mathematics of survival under institutional violence, about the difference between gaming a system and breaking it, and about a woman who must decide whether to continue her careful work or to do something more dangerous: make the system visible.
