When Sarah Callahan and her young son Ethan travel to a remote family cabin in northern Minnesota to check on her brother-in-law, they find him changed, gaunt, starving, and whispering about an ancient hunger in the woods. Trapped by a deadly blizzard, they are hunted by the Wendigo a malevolent spirit of cannibalism and greed that twists its victims into monsters. As the creature's influence spreads through their blood, Sarah and Ethan must fight not only the beast outside, but the growing hunger inside themselves.
