Ian Laurence

Abbas, a senior scientist at an Iranian research facility, decides to defect, taking with him details of a sophisticated nuclear device that Iran has produced in defiance of sanctions. Abbas's well-planned journey to the West is thwarted at every turn as secret service agents from many countries try to find him. The threat of a new Middle East war looms, with the Israelis, fearing the worst, gearing up for a pre-emptive strike.
