A Giant wakes for the first time in millennia. Not to fight-to speak. Its voice is slow, patient, heavy with memory. It speaks of the Builders, the wound, and the weight that has been carried for so long that the Giants have forgotten why they agreed to hold it. Korr is the first to hear the Giant's question: "Rest." Not a command, not a plea-an offer. The forge depths tremble as the Giant stretches its stone limbs, chains falling away.
