He worked for more than a decade as an Intake Manager for a major milling company in South Africa before pursuing personal growth and entrepreneurial ventures.
Ndlebe is the co-founder of Thozamile Holdings (PTY) LTD and serves faithfully under Pastor Justice Mampa at Live Life Centre Ministry in Mpumalanga. He is married to Leupa Portia Rapetswa, and they are blessed with four children.
