Blanche Wheeler

Kate has inherited a distillery from her grandfather which is based in Rio de Janeiro, though she is confused about why it was left to her and not to someone else, such as her brother who is a wizard at business. She decides to fly down and visit this distillery and learn more about the company, and perhaps in doing so she would learn what her grandfather wished for her to do with the business. Kate discovers a new world in Brazil, and embraces it with open arms.
She also meets Roque, the handsome Brazilian man who will take over the operation of the business when his father retires. Their lives are now thrown together, for better or for worse, and Kate wants to make sure it is for the better.
