A deadly fire, multiple victims. No one knows who to blame. When a dangerous fire burns up the Broadway Palace apartment building, it's thought to be accidental. After the fire is put out and the building cleared, five bodies are discovered in one of the apartments. This leads the LAPD's Robbery-Homicide Division to become involved. After an investigation by the LAFD's Arson Unit determines the fire was the result of arson, the victims are made out to be victims of homicide.
The detectives of the Robbery-Homicide Unit then launch a full investigation to locate the arsonist and murderer before more chaos can be caused.
