Raven is convinced the world beat her down. Bitter and resentful, she blames everyone but herself for her miserable trailer park existence on the outskirts of Stevats. But when she buys a cheap Santa bobblehead, described by the proprietor as a talisman of sorts, she inadvertently anchors a sinister force to her life. This is no ordinary trinket; it is a representation of Akanta, an undesired thing, also known as the Santa Snake, a grotesque Karma Cop who visits to deliver death.
Raven's descent into horror is immediate and terrifying. She witnesses the monster's vintage camper with polished metal wings as it backs in next door to her and her sanity begins to unravel.
