The Age of Dragons is in the past. A president has ruled the United Counties for several decades. On an island a few days sail from the coast, seven witches rule over the rural population. Their reputation spreads throughout the United Counties, and the President becomes aware of it. He wants to do everything in his power to annex the island to his territory, using both force and black magic. What he does not know is that the island of the witches has magical powers that are a remnant of the dragons.
