Hey, I'm Talin. I wanted to create a short poetry collection that highlights the toxicity that protrudes from family members, friends, and society as a whole. Set in a world where people have become dogs, Let Sleeping Dogs Lie features abstract poetry riddled with layers of grit beneath a dark, purgatory overcast, inspired by one of my favorite games: Limbo. It's helped me heal, grow, and move on from the people who have been nothing short of a thorn in my side, and I hope you find it helpful in your journey of self-healing as well.
