Solitary Secret Paths
This is a book of two halves; one light and one dark. It spirits the reader away on an immersive and illustrated journey through both the outer and inner landscapes of the poet, while exploring some of the universal experiences that we all share, but have somehow lost the ability to openly talk about as a society. Some poems provide a mindful window into specific moments in time, whereas others offer support, a shoulder to cry on, and the reassurance that you aren't alone.
This book aims to do both. All of humanity is in the same paper boat, adrift in the same vast sea of experience. The currents may seem ever-changing, and storm clouds come and go with little concern for who might be caught up in their tempestuous grasp, but stormy or still, it is the same deep waters that we all face - we are never truly alone, no matter how much it might feel that way at times. *No permission is or has ever been given by this author for this book or any part of it to be used to train generative AI in any form or context.
