Dharma and Patty have a jerk for a grandfather. His toxic behavior gets worse when his assisted living facility starts employing clowns as caretakers. But Grandpa Billy's silent, mean clowns are only funny to him. They relentlessly tease Dharma, who develops a phobia requiring professional therapy. Patty gets involved to help, but her little sister's psyche may have already passed a dark breaking point set to the tune of calliope music.
