Four extraordinary teens, each cursed with a corrupted gift from one of the four elements:  Water, Fire, Earth, and Wind. Reed is a dark soul, one not to be crossed. He's finished playing the games SaneCorp created, but SaneCorp isn't finished with him. They continue to hunt the four of them, growing more desperate now that Nora and Eve are carrying children. Reed is known as the Reaper for a reason.
With his woman and his child now in SaneCorp's crosshairs, the stakes have never been higher. He's done running. He's done hiding. He will no longer be the hunted.  He is the hunter. Breath is Reed's story.  The air we breathe gives us life. Without it, we die. Breathing is such a simple act - drawing in the oxygen that sustains us - until someone takes that breath away, draining the life from a person entirely.
When breath is stolen, death is the only end. Reed finally has something to protect. Something to live for. And he will use his power to win the war. But he can't do it alone. To defeat their enemy, every element must work together. The real question is whether Reed is strong enough to let them in and let them help.
