This book comes straight from my heart. I'm not here to sugarcoat nothing. I'm here to speak truth-truth that a lot of people are scared to say out loud. This ain't just about what they did to us. This is about what we're doing to ourselves. We've been through hell as a people-slavery, racism, injustice, broken families, broken systems, broken spirits. But somehow, some way, we're still here.
