This is a story of my experience of cigarette smoking and the attempts to stop this nasty habit. While it is a personal account of how I managed to quit smoking, it is my opinion that if you apply the methods I used you may very well be successful in giving up this bad habit. It isn't easy to stop smoking but hopefully if you give this a bash it could and should work for you.
