All her previous books were written to educate staff in sterile processing and the operating theatre. However, with this latest book, she decided to include the public. This is to introduce them to what happens when a patient enters a hospital for a surgical procedure. She would like to introduce the operating theatre, CSSD and the other departments to the public from her personal experiences. Her focus is predominantly on the importance of communication between the OR and CSSD when the patient is admitted for surgery to a hospital.
