C.L. Cascade

Fool's Tears is a collection of flash fiction stories by C. L. Cascade. Within the stories lay tales of fantasy, slice of life, and the paranormal.  "Cage Me Like a Wild Animal, " tells the story of Runehn, a mage who trusts too easily. Those he considered friends no longer view him the same and he must struggle with what that means for him. In "Bleeding Valentine, " a young woman named Circus commits adultery and must come to terms with the consequences.  "Fool's Tears, " follows Nikolai- an amnesiac who chases a missing friend's voice.
As he follows, truths are brought to life and he must find the strength to endure them.
