Welcome to Running to Recovery. I hope you keep an open mind and heart as you read through these pages. The notion to write this small book was born from sweat and tears. I have struggled with addiction my whole life and it was put on my heart to shine a light on what helped me. The goal of this book is to open your mind to a path that can help make your life everything you want. I wanted to share my passion with other folks who need more tools in their toolbox to help them fight addiction, depression, anger issues etc.
