Too bad no one ever listens. Gates is a private detective who owns Elvis Presley's pink Cadillac, and he also has a gift for poker. He tries to raise cash for an upcoming poker tournament by playing at an underground casino called the Singrin, but he gets kicked out for cheating by mobster Ivan Smirnoff, who also bans Gates from the rest of the casinos in Vegas. Sunny Bunny wants to be a star.
She runs away with her dog, Toto, to get away from her psycho husband, Rico, who thinks he's Scarface. In fear for her life, she runs into Gates and hires him to help her find her friend.
