Hello! My name is Hedgy.  And yes, I am a hedgehog. I wrote and illustrated Hedgy's Guide to Calm to share how I learned to use my Super Powers to calm myself down.  Hedgy's Guide to Calm is a fun way to become self aware and learn how to self regulate.  When you are stressed, upset, or mad, you'll be empowered to use your Super Powers to calm down your own nervous system. Hedgy's Guide to Calm teaches children how to calm themselves down by using their own Super Powers in a mindful, fun, and easy way.  HGtC provides Social Emotional Learning for every parent, teacher, and child through reading, songs, movement, activities, and coloring. READ.
