Grief is difficult enough to navigate, but when relationships break down due to the pain, sorrow and lack of honest, loving communication, it only adds to the trauma. I have seen this happen to many times while families, relationships and marriages fall apart, because nobody is on the same page. So I've put together some helpful ways to come back together and communicate with love and honesty. To reconnect, support each other or see it as the end and kindly go your separate ways if it becomes an obvious choice, but until you speak your truth, learn what each other is actually thinking and feeling instead of believing you know, then you can make an informed choice.
