"Not everyone that smiles is happy"In my lifetime, I have been fortunate to live through two episodes of suicidal manic depression (Major Depression Disorder).  The first episode was in 1999, and the second episode was ten years later in 2009.  In the following I have written information on the circumstances to give you an understanding of what led to the depression and the treatments I received. I have also included information that could possibly help you save someone's life.
