No matter what, a Neuroner always gets an owner.  Eight long months later, Thela Brown still has an owner, her sister, Lily Brown. It is the same thing day after day of having an assessment, until that all changes when the assessments get hard and are designed to kill her.  Zac Taylor sees the injustice Neuroners have been experiencing their whole life and takes the matter to court to change the law.
