Stephanie and Stell try to get permits to perform at the Festival and struggle against bureaucracy and an Eldritch Abomination. Yod hosts a negotiation, which threatens to go bad when the two leaders' followers threaten violence. Stell thinks Stephanie is spending too much time with that cute runner, who turns out to be a threat to the House and all who live there.
Gaya goes to the Psychic Fair and discovers there is more to the Master of Storms than meets the eye. Fell and Chosen help the King of Cats with a killer. Chosen and Fell must help the neighbor lady deal with That Dog, who was mad but is now bad. Mary and her friends must defeat a great destructive force, that intends to destroy the Park and everything around it.
