How to help ourselves achieve a higher level of spirituality and, as a result, help our Ummah? The reasons for the unacceptable status of our Ummah on the world scene and the impact of our individual practices and a lack of awareness are addressed. How can we help reform ourselves and our Ummah? This book is a collection of discussions of Traditions related to our everyday individual life and our Ummah in general.
The areas of improvement and critical aspects of spirituality are discussed, and what needs to change in our practices and daily lives has been suggested.  I am grateful to Mufti Rashid Mahmood Raja, whose material has given me a basis for this work.
