When ten-year-old Jimmy Tucker volunteers  to walk his neighbor's dog, he has no idea what he's getting into!Jimmy and Lance, a border collie, immediately become best friends. Trouble is, when he's not enjoying his time with Jimmy, Lance has to keep doing what he's done his entire life-live outside all alone on his owner's property.
