Résumé
The aim of this sourcebook is to provide ail students of European Union Law with an invaluable revision aid to enable them to maximise their examination potential. Each chapter covers a different examinable topic and comprises an introduction and a selection of questions. In addition, there are a generous number of 'Interrograms', the aim of which is to test the reader's understanding of key concepts relevant to the subject. Suggested Answers are provided for ail questions and interrograms. The answers demonstrate the best way of using primary legal materials, such as cases and statutes, and how best to draw upon the views expressed in specialist legal journals. Essay-style answers show how to combine narrative with critical analysis, whilst answers to problem questions show how to analyse and interpret legal rules and principles and to apply them to factual situations. There is a clear emphasis on key recent developments, where appropriate, in the answers.
