About the Book This book highlights the impact of transformational leadership by women at the helm of family businesses. There seems to be a common denominator among women in leadership, irrespective of their age or industry. The book brings out the concept that women are naturally transformational and would be great leaders when well mentored. The book calls on women in leadership to mentor other women so that we all enjoy the natural transformational gift, which, if well utilized, brings remarkable all-round growth to enterprises.
