Résumé

The Bush administration his breaking the law. With the UK's collusion lit is deliberately flouting agreements on human rights, war, torture, justice and the environment. And it is getting away with it. International lawyer Philippe Sands has a unique insider's view of the elites who govern our lives. Here he reveals how the US and UK are dangerously undermining the international laws that they themselves put in place. In this updated edition we also get the full story of how Lawless World broke the news that Blair had deliberately withheld legal advice over Iraq - and nearly lost him the election. Sands shows why global rules matter for all of us. even more after 9/11 and the London bombings. He powerfully makes the case for preserving them ... before justice becomes history.
