The planet Mars has excited people's minds for centuries. After many attempts, in 1997 two probes, Mars Pathfinder and Mars Global Surveyor, succesfully reached Mars. The newly published research results have again given hope that primitive life may be found on Mars. But Mars has not revealed all its secrets.
