extrait: Le mot de la fin : Je suis rentrée très rapidement dans l’ouvrage notamment grâce au caractère des personnages, leur singularité et l’humour qu’utilise Melville. La rencontre et l’amitié d’Ishmael et son acolyte Queequeg sont décrits avec tant d’humour et de poésie qu’elle est tout simplement irrésistible. Dans un souci d’honnêteté, je dois avouer que le côté ultra-descriptif des passages qui relèvent plus d’un ouvrage de cétologie...
