Colin Renfrew is Disney Professor Emeritus of Archaeology and former Director of the McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research at the University of Cambridge. He Is the author and editor of many books, including Before Civilization, Archaeology and Language, Figuring If Out, and Prehistory, and co-editor of The Archaeology of Measurement, The Sapient Mind, and (with Paul Bahn) Archaeology : The Key Concepts and The Cambridge World Prehistory.
Paul Bahn is prehistorian and archaeological writer. He is the author or editor of numerous books, including the standard introduction to cave art, Images of the Ice age, as well as The First Artists (with Michel Lorblanchet), Easter Island, Earth Island (with John Henley). the Cambridge Illustrated Hlstory of Archaeology, and Mammoths : Giants of the Ice Age (with Adrian Lister).
