Xavier Dieux. - Mr. Dieux is member of the Brussels Bar rince 1978 and Professor on the Law Faculty at the University of Brussels, where he teaches Civil Law (contracta and torts), Commercial Law and Comparative Commercial Law. He was named " Best Belgian Business Lawyer of 2000 " by Chambers Global. He served as Dean of the Law Faculty at the University of Brussels from 1996 through 2000 and is a part member of the Commission for Banking and Finance (1999-2002). Mr. Dieux etudied at the University of Brussels, where he received a " Licence en droit " (1978), a " Licence spéciale en droit économique " (1979) and a " Doctorat en Droit " (1994), each with a summa cum lande distinction. He is the author of a monograph as well as numerous scientific publications, particularly in the areas of civil, company and fmancial law. Mr. Dieux specializes in domestic and international corporate acquisitionsand divestitures, public offerings, securities and corporate finance, and business reorganization and restructuring. He also has a strong expertise in corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration. François Vincke. - Mr. Vincke was recently admitted to the Brussels Bar after a distinguished career of more thon two decades serving as a company lawyer and General Counsel for a multinational energy and chemical corporation. He received his degrees from the University of Namur, the University of Leuven (" Licence en droit ", 1972) and the University of Amsterdam. Mr. Vincke served as an assistant professor at the University of Antwerp in 1974 and has authored numerous papers on various topics, including corporate governance, arbitration, mediation and corporate practices (addressing bribery). He specializes in competition law, energy law. utilities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, structurel finance and arbitration. Didier Willermain. - Mr. Willermain is member of the Brussels Bar since 1992 and assistant professor on the Law Faculty at the University of Brussels, where he teaches Commercial Law. He received his law degrees from the University of Brussels (" Licence en droit ", 1992) and the University of Amsterdam (1993). Mr. Willermain is the author of several scientific contributions, particularly in the areas of company and finance law, and speaks regularly at various conferences. He specializes in cor porate and finance law, including mergers and acquisitions, takeover bids, and business reorganization and restructuring.
