À propos de l'auteur

Biographie de Duncan Garwood

Duncan first tasted Italian life back in 1997 when he gave up the sleepy Berkshire countryside for Bari, on Italy's Adriatic toast. A two-year crash course in southern Italian life followed. He mastered the rudiments of the language and the art of Mediterranean driving and then moved on, this time to Rome, where he's been ever since. Duncan currently lives in the green hills just south of Rome, dividing his time between writing, travelling and changing nappies.
This is Duncan's third Lonely Planet assignment in Rome - he updated the Rome and Lazio chapter for the latest Italy book and coauthored the last Rome guide.
