Résumé

Focusing is a powerful technique. In Gendlin's view (now underpinned by experiential research) our unresolved problems actually exist in our physical body. By "Focusing" on them, we can identify and change them - and we know if we are doing it correctly because each of the six steps is marked by a release of tension. Continuously in print for 25 years and translated into a dozen languages, this remarkable classic shows how we can find the entry point to this embodied knowledge, how we can stay long enough to interact with it, and the many different things we can do when we reach such a profound level.
